Welcome to TUM  OpenTox Web Services

This wiki is used to document the REST webservices developed in the  Group of Prof. Kramer at the  Technische Universität München in the  OpenTox  7th framework program EU project. For more information on the project, please visit  www.opentox.org. There you can also find the  API for the provided REST services and an overview of  further services provided by other consortium members.

Please be aware that up to now the provided services are still in different development phases!

ToxDesc

We created a prototype descriptor calculation application called  ToxDesc. ToxDesc is reachable at  http://opentox-dev.informatik.tu-muenchen.de:8080/ToxDesc. This is just an alpha release to show what can be done with the distributed and flexible framework of REST-based web services provided by OpenTox.

Taverna Workflows

We implemented several example Taverna workflows tp access OpenTox services. Documentation on this can be found here.

Documentation

Here you can find detailed Documentation on all available TUM OpenTox REST WebServices, their parameters and how they can be used. There is also a walk-through example for model building and a documentation of example calls for Potsdam review meeting. The walk-throughs may contain datasets that do not exist anymore. The way things work still might be of interest.
